    CATHOLIC LIFE INSURANCE SCHOLARSHIP – Awarding 35 - $1000 scholarships                             March 1, 2023    APPLICATION IN SCHOLARSHIP FILE             

    Must be Catholic Life Insurance member with current policy

    HAGAN SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION - $6000/semester ($48,000 possible)                                    Dec 1, 2022         ONLINE - INFO IN SCHOLARSHIP FILE             

    3.5> GPA, go to 4yr college, work 240 hours prior to enrolling in college,

    Family income <$85,000, provide a FAFSA, no felony convictions

    GATHERING SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION MATERIALS

    ​Scholarship applications commonly ask students to provide the following documents: 

    • High school transcript 
    • Standardized test scores (ACT, SAT...etc)
    • Financial aid forms, such as the FAFSA or CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE
    • Parents' financial information, including tax returns 
    • One or more essays 
    • One or more letters of recommendation (ask for these early and it is best to provide the person writing the letter with a resume or list of accomplishments) 
    • A small photo 
    • Proof of eligibility for the scholarship (for example, proof of membership in a certain group)
