🏀 Our 8th grade girls basketball teams wrapped up their junior high careers tonight with an outstanding season! The 8A team finished 13–2 overall and 8–1 in district play, earning a share of the district championship. The 8B team posted a perfect 12–0 overall record and went 9–0 in district play, ending their junior high careers undefeated. Congratulations to our student-athletes and coaches on an incredible season!

Our culinary classes are at it again! Advanced Culinary explored mother sauces using béchamel, experimenting with cheeses to create a winning mac & cheese. Meanwhile, Culinary II learned fish by making blackened fish tacos with avocado cream sauce. 👩‍🍳🧀🌮
